2. Services
We provide interior design and fit-out services including but not limited to residential and commercial interior design, custom furniture and décor, turnkey interior solutions, and joinery fit-outs. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or quotation approved by both parties.
3. Quotations & Agreements
All quotations provided are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A signed quotation or purchase order constitutes acceptance of our services and pricing. We reserve the right to revise quotations if project scope changes after acceptance.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement or quotation. We typically require a deposit prior to commencing work, with the balance due upon project completion or as agreed in writing. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of work.
5. Project Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and are subject to change due to material availability, site conditions, client decisions, or circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any significant changes promptly.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate site measurements and access to the project location
- Timely approvals of designs and materials
- Ensuring the site is ready for work to commence as agreed
- Obtaining any necessary permits or approvals from building management or authorities
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, concepts, and creative materials produced by Creative Avenue Decor Design L.L.C. remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our designs is strictly prohibited.
8. Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work. Any warranty terms will be specified in your project agreement. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
9. Limitation of Liability
Creative Avenue Decor Design L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the project contract in question.
