Fakhruddin Properties is one of Dubai's established real estate developers — and when a client entrusted Creative Avenue Decor Design with transforming one of their flat properties into a truly personalised home, we approached the project with the same dedication we bring to every residential commission: no generic solutions, no off-the-shelf compromises.

The challenge with developer properties is a familiar one. The shell is functional but neutral — designed to appeal to everyone, which means it feels personal to no one. Our role was to change that. To take a blank canvas and fill it with character, warmth, and a design language that speaks directly to the lifestyle of the person who lives there.

Scope of Work Delivered:
• Living room design & bespoke furniture — a custom sofa, coffee table, and media unit designed to maximise the space while creating a relaxed yet sophisticated lounge environment
• Bedroom design & fitted furniture — a serene, well-proportioned bedroom with custom storage, quality upholstery, and layered lighting to create comfort and calm
• Dining area — a custom dining table and chairs selected to complement the overall interior palette and proportions of the open-plan space
• Kitchen styling & accessories — finishing touches that bring personality and warmth to the existing kitchen without a full structural fit-out
• Décor, accessories & final styling — curated accessories, soft furnishings, artwork placement, and final styling details that pull the entire interior together into a cohesive, finished home
