Project Overview

Creative Avenue successfully completed the residential joinery works for Villa 25B at Meydan Hills, Dubai, working as a specialist joinery subcontractor to Nikki Technical Services.

The project involved a comprehensive range of bespoke joinery and custom furniture works across multiple areas of the villa. Our scope included the kitchen, living hall, sunroom, bathrooms, master bedroom and daughter's bedroom.

Particular attention was given to precision manufacturing, material selection, detailing, finishing and installation to achieve a consistent, high-quality interior throughout the property.

Our Scope of Work

• Kitchen: Custom kitchen cabinetry and joinery works.
• Living Hall: Bespoke TV and feature units, including an approximately 6-metre-long unit.
• Sunroom: Custom-designed joinery and rounded furniture details.
• Bathrooms: Vanity units, mirror cabinets and custom bathroom joinery.
• Master Bedroom: Custom bed, bedside units and bedroom furniture.
• Daughter's Bedroom: Bespoke bedroom joinery and furniture.
• Dressing Areas: Custom wardrobes, shelving, drawers and storage solutions.
• Dining Area: Bespoke dining furniture and related joinery details.
